Jim is a highly effective leader who has dedicated his decades long career working in and advancing the science of scintillation, crystal growth, and radiation detection.

He holds a Master’s degree in Physics and brings over 40 years of industry experience in various leadership roles.

In his current role as the Managing Director of Hilger Crystals, Jim leads research, engineering, sales, business development, and manufacturing operations to further accelerate the growth of Hilger’s portfolio of state-of-the-art scintillation and detection solutions.
